The Sieber Group is a dynamically growing family business headquartered in Berneck. The success of the Rhine Valley logistics specialist is based on its extensive network of own locations and its innovative, customized solutions in the national and international transport of goods by land, sea and air.

Sieber Transport AG was founded in 1974 by the brothers Paul and Erich Sieber. Due to the brothers’ strong entrepreneurial spirit and their passion for logistics services, the 2-man haulage company became our current internationally positioned and active logistics company. In 2011 a new pair of brothers took over the management. With Christian and Michael Sieber, the new generation of the Sieber Group now begins.

With the first branch in Lauterach, Austria, the expansion abroad was ventured in 1996. Geographical expansion in Switzerland took place in 1998 with the acquisition of Francey Transports, a logistics company based in Villeneuve in western Switzerland. In 2003, Haldemann + Co. AG, headquartered in Pratteln, in the catchment area of the Basel border triangle, was acquired and successfully integrated into the Sieber Group. In addition, Sieber continuously expanded its network of own locations in Switzerland with branches in Biberist, Chiasso-Balerna, Bedano, Dietikon, Kloten, Kriens, Meyrin, St. Margrethen, Widnau as well as in Austria with locations in Klaus, Salzburg, Wolfurt and Vienna. In addition, Sieber employs staff in New York and Ho Chi Minh City (JV). Today, Sieber offers resilient logistics solutions to the majority of manufacturing and trading companies in order to create competitive advantages for B2B or B2C. In doing so, we focus on digitally integrated solutions that simplify processes for customers as well as on adequate service delivery components by water, air, rail or asphalt. Internationally: Global air and ocean freight, European freight forwarding and customs clearance.

Solutions: B2C deliveries with 2-man delivery as well as value-added services (assembly, recycling).

Today, the Sieber Group counts on more than 690 motivated employees, a worldwide network of air and sea freight agents, about 250 modern vehicles and logistics areas totaling more than 130,000 square meters. In addition, we are permanently supported by around 200 employees of subcontractors in Switzerland and abroad.
